April handover for DBS chief?

MARKET talk has it that veteran banker Peter Seah will take over from Mr Koh Boon Hwee as DBS Group Holdings chairman in April.
Sources within DBS said the exact date has not yet been pinned down, but the announcement is likely to be made in time for the bank's annual general meeting in early April.
'We haven't heard anything and we can't confirm anything,' said DBS spokesman Karen Ngui. 'We are publicly listed so we are bound by Singapore Exchange guidelines.'
